Leadership Team

JSC Systems, Inc. is a Florida corporation organized on January 31, 1969, licensed in the states of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina and North Carolina. It is engaged in the sale, installation and service of commercial fire alarm, mass notification, intercom, audio visual, distributed TV, nurse call, professional sound, security, public address, CCTV, data/communication and many other low voltage system applications. We currently have more than 100 employees located in our Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Orlando, Gainesville, Savannah and Charleston offices. Owners and officers are as follows:

Bob Begley

Chairman/President

Bob Begley: Chairman/President since 2005. Mr. Begley has been with JSC Systems since 1994 and has served as President since 1998. Previous employment includes Vice President for PBS, Inc. as well as various financial positions with Suddath Van Lines and West Point Pepperell Inc., a Fortune 500 company. Mr. Begley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from the University of North Florida, where he graduated from in 1978. High-level business management experience has resulted in Jacksonville Sound being one of the strongest financial and technical firms of our type in the United States.

Mickey Rudd

Sr. Executive Vice President

Mr. Rudd holds an Associates Degree in Electronics Technology from Valencia Community College in Orlando, FL and has been with the Company since September 1975. Prior to that time he spent 6 years on active and inactive duty with the U. S. Navy. During the past 42 years he has served in various capacities with the company including Installer, Service Technician, Draftsman, Estimator, Service Manager, Branch Manager, Vice President of Sales and the current position of Senior Executive Vice President. Other training includes various vendor schools including Edwards, one of our major suppliers, as well as membership in the National Fire Protection Association.

Brad Pickett

Executive Vice President

Mr. Pickett comes to JSC Systems with over 30 years of sales leadership experience where he has led national, North American and Global sales organization for Fortune 100 technology companies such as Lanier Worldwide, Documentum, EMC and SAP. Mr. Pickett has been responsible for building and leading successful direct sales organizations, Channel Partner sales organization as well as North American distribution organizations. Mr. Pickett has been consistently recognized as top performer in his industry winning numerous industry and company awards. Mr. Pickett holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management with a minor in Law and he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Prior to beginning his career, Mr. Pickett proudly served in the United States Navy for six years where he was in the Nuclear Weapons Program.

Tom Milhon

Vice-President of Operations

Mr. Milhon holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and is an Industry veteran with over 26 years in the business. Mr. Milhon received electronics training in the United States Navy, and upon honorable discharge has held several positions starting as a technician and progressing into management, the last 10 with this company, first as the Branch Manager for our Tallahassee Branch and then as Vice President of Operations. Mr. Milhon is a primary qualifier for the company holding a Florida EF1 and a Georgia LVU statewide alarm contractor’s license. He has achieved NICET IV in Fire Alarm, NICET 1 in Audio Systems and is a BICSI certified RCDD.

Todd Foster

Vice President

Mr. Foster serves as Vice President with responsibilities of Savannah Systems, Charleston Systems, and our expansion through the Carolinas. Mr. Foster holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an Associate’s Degree in Construction Engineering Technologies. He has been with the company since 2003 as the Savannah Branch Manager. His previous employment has been Vice President of Operations, Senior Systems Sales Representative, and Project Engineer with companies such as Simplex, The Trane Company, and Kidde Systems. Mr. Foster holds a Low Voltage license in Georgia and South Carolina as well as NICET III Certification in Fire Alarm Systems.
