Hyatt Midtown

About This Project

Hyatt Midtown, Charleston is a 10-story dual-branded Hyatt House and Hyatt Place hotel with a combined 304 guest rooms and ground-floor retail space along King Street in historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina. Hyatt Midtown will consist of 4 building structures totalling 433,000 square feet. In addition, there will be a seven story, 430 vehicle parking deck located across the street from the hotel.

Construction is anticipated to be completed in the Spring of 2015. JSC Systems is will provide the installation of the Fire Alarm System, as well as the Security System for The Hyatt Midtown Hotel.
