We are pleased to announce that CareHawk has entered into an agreement with UTC Fire & Security Americas Corporation to provide products under the DUKANE Brand.  Over the course of the next few months CareHawk will begin offering products under both the CareHawk and DUKANE brand names. Architect and engineering firms, dealers, and end customers will be updated with the latest specifications and product information to enable a smooth transition.

CareHawk® was founded in 2006 by former Dukane Canada Corp managers and engineers. Dukane Canada was the manufacturing and design facility for the MCS, and StarCall series of communication systems for 20 years. With these reliable and feature rich systems DUKANE sold thousands of these systems across North America. The founders of CareHawk took their DUKANE experience and raised the bar in the market with the CH1000 series of communication systems.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?

  • The DUKANE brand will now have new and exciting products with ongoing research and development.
  • Current DUKANE MCS350 and StarCall owners will continue to be supported with warranty and out of warranty spare parts and repairs.
  • New DUKANE products will “drop in” to existing installation with no need for speaker/wiring upgrades.
