JSC Systems, Inc. is a Florida corporation organized on January 31, 1969 and licensed in the states of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina and North Carolina. We are engaged in the sale, installation and service of commercial fire alarm, mass notification, intercom, audio visual, distributed TV, nurse call, professional sound, security, public address, video surveillance, data/communication and many other low voltage system applications. We currently have more than 120 employees located in our Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Orlando, Gainesville, Savannah, Charleston, Columbia and Panama City offices.
Mr. Floyd joined JSC Systems after spending 20 years in the low voltage systems integration industry in various sales and leadership roles working for ADT Business Solutions, Tyco Integrated Security, and Johnson Controls. Much of his experience involves leading teams who provided risk assessments and integrated system design and installation for Fortune 500 companies, sensitive government facilities, and other businesses. Mr. Floyd is a graduate of the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina with majors in Marketing and Organization Management, and he holds various sales, management, and industry product certifications.
Mr. Rudd holds an Associates Degree in Electronics Technology from Valencia Community College in Orlando, FL and has been with the Company since September 1975. Prior to that time he spent 6 years on active and inactive duty with the U. S. Navy. During the past 42 years he has served in various capacities with the company including Installer, Service Technician, Draftsman, Estimator, Service Manager, Branch Manager, Vice President of Sales and the current position of Senior Executive Vice President. Other training includes various vendor schools including Edwards, one of our major suppliers, as well as membership in the National Fire Protection Association.
Mr. Ayers has been with JSC Systems since 2015, serving in both corporate sales and leadership roles. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Dale is integral to our daily operations and success in our strategic development efforts. Dale brings to our company extensive experience, spending over a decade in the General Contractor industry, holding positions of Sr. Project Manager, General Manager and COO of an organization in South Florida. Dale values JSC Systems as a company that maintains core values and our proven success for over 50 years, and he enjoys the family environment and employee longevity.
Mr. Milhon holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and is an Industry veteran with over 26 years in the business. Mr. Milhon received electronics training in the United States Navy, and upon honorable discharge has held several positions starting as a technician and progressing into management, the last 10 with this company, first as the Branch Manager for our Tallahassee Branch and then as Vice President of Operations. Mr. Milhon is a primary qualifier for the company holding a Florida EF1 and a Georgia LVU statewide alarm contractor’s license. He has achieved NICET IV in Fire Alarm, NICET 1 in Audio Systems and is a BICSI certified RCDD.
Mr. Foster serves as Vice President with responsibilities of Savannah Systems and our expansion through the Carolinas. Mr. Foster holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an Associate’s Degree in Construction Engineering Technologies. He has been with the company since 2003 as the Savannah Branch Manager. His previous employment has been Vice President of Operations, Senior Systems Sales Representative, and Project Engineer with companies such as Simplex, The Trane Company, and Kidde Systems. Mr. Foster holds a Low Voltage license in Georgia and South Carolina as well as NICET III Certification in Fire Alarm Systems.
